1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph444 website at ph444.cam, including all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and any related services operated by ph444.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player with ph444 to access and use the Platform's real-money gaming services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the ph444 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ph444 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming services on the ph444 Platform, you must complete the Account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

ph444 enforces a strict one account per person policy. Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended, and their balances will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph444 Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person for any reason.

ph444 will never ask for your password, one-time password (OTP), or authentication codes through any communication channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any request purporting to be from ph444 asking for these details should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You agree to notify ph444 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, a security breach, or any suspicious activity. ph444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that ph444 has acted in accordance with its obligations under these Terms.

ph444 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account and using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.

6 Deposits

ph444 accepts deposits from Players using the following Philippine payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso (PHP):

• GCash — Instant deposit via registered GCash mobile wallet
• PayMaya (Maya) — Instant deposit via registered PayMaya account
• BPI — Bank of the Philippine Islands online transfer
• BDO — Banco de Oro online transfer
• Metrobank — Online banking transfer
• 7-Eleven Cliqq — Over-the-counter cash payment via 7-Eleven stores nationwide

The minimum deposit at ph444 is ₱100. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits of the selected payment method and any additional limits imposed on your Account. All funds deposited into your ph444 Account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. ph444 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. 7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ph444 Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. ph444 will not process withdrawals from unverified Accounts.
2. Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any excess funds may be withdrawn via an alternative verified payment method registered to your Account.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4. Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
5. Wagering Requirements: Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying the relevant wagering requirement will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ph444 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus is subject to a specified wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total).

9 Gaming Rules

The following general gaming rules apply across all ph444 games:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when it has been confirmed by the ph444 system and the relevant bet timer has not expired. Bets placed after the bet closure period are void.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ph444 will resolve the bet based on the game state recorded on its servers at the time of the disconnection. If a round cannot be completed and the game state is indeterminate, affected bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.

10 Prohibited Conduct

2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ph444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request by ph444.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Discovery that the Player is registered on a self-exclusion list applicable to the Philippines.
• Extended Account inactivity — defined as 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ph444 will notify the Player at their registered email address before taking any action on an inactive Account.

In the event of Account closure following a breach of these Terms, ph444 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach has been established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

A Player may voluntarily close their ph444 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned after applicable checks are completed.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognize that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we have designed tools and processes to help you manage your gaming activity.

The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all ph444 Account holders:

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ph444, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ph444 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming opportunity due to Platform unavailability, technical failure, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses from any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals beyond ph444's reasonable control, including payment provider delays or banking system outages.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game results caused by circumstances beyond ph444's reasonable control.

ph444's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of your verified real-money wallet balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The ph444 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. ph444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ph444 is committed to protecting your personal information and employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to safeguard data in transit and at rest. ph444 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

ph444 may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law and anti-money laundering regulations.

16 Amendments to These Terms

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no earlier than 7 calendar days following publication, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph444 Platform and contact customer support to request Account closure and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
